Never has Nokia been at the top of their game since the 5110. Or maybe not. But with the new Nokia E71, beating every smart phone would be easy.

Even though it doesn't have the usual touch screen like almost every new phone model in the market nowadays, the Nokia E71 offers a full QWERTY keyboard upon its 11mm metal body. The E71 boasts an even many features. Heck, you can even fit your personal computer inside this phone.
With a Symbian 60 operating system, certain applications like email are top notch. The email application handles multiple accounts, HTML, email, checking on a schedule, and POP3/IMAP/MS Exchange. Plus, support is extensive: Nokia Intellisync, Wireless Email, Mail for Exchange (Microsoft ActiveSync), SEVEN, and Mail Visto Mobile. Memory might turn out short though but Nokia has dealt with this problem. With 128MB of RAM with 71MB free to run programs, 110MB of available flash memory for file storage and the best part is - it's expandable using MicroSD cards including SDHC high capacity cards.
Nokia has been into the music recently with their own venture using the Music Xpress series. Nokia E71 has a music player that handles MP3, AAC, and WMV formats. An FM radio with Bluetooth A2DP support for wireless stereo music playback would be a good addition to the basic music player. Voice quality and reception over the phone is top notch so no need to worry over staggering reception or poor signals over an area.
The camera has a 3.2 Mega Pixel with auto focus and LED flash. Maximum photo resolution is 2048x1536 while maximum video resolution QVGA (320x240) at 15 frames per second.
Phew! If that wasn't exhilarating enough, I don't think nothing will ever be. Nokia only delivers the best in the market. And I have to admit it. Nokia E71 is the best!
