Tagged by Time Magazine's Invention of the Year in 2007, the iPhone has what it takes to win the smart phone race with competitors such as Samsung, Nokia, and Sony Ericsson way far behind.

Apple announced iPhone on January 9, 2007 and was marketed by June 29, 2007. It then later caused a major buying rush time when people started to discover how powerful the iPhone was. Its 9cm or 3.5 inches liquid crystal display HVGA touch screen with scratch-resistant glass can display about 262,144 colors. Battery life won't be a problem as users will have 8 hours of talk time, 7 hours of video, 6 hours of browsing, 24 hours of music, or 250 hours of standby time.

The iPhone itself packs an array of features that certain phones could not do. iPhone boasts of web browsing via Safari under it's Wi-Fi ready application - think about the youtube videos you could watch - and alas, you can. The iPhone has an application wherein you can watch your favorite youtube videos. Aside from watching videos, TV fanatics won't miss out on their shows anymore as the phone allows users to watch TV and films. Email will not be a problem anymore as it is also included in the package.

A 2.0 Mega pixel camera for still digital photos located at the back of the phone is easily maneuvered and can captured photos you like. Although, it may have some glitches like no optical zoom, flash, or auto focus and it also does not support video conferencing. Apple has recently launched iPhone 3G to help eliminate the flaw but with a higher price.

Running on Mac OS X with its virtual or touch screen keyboard, the iPhone certainly throws the other competitors out the window. Now, after giving the accurate facts, tell me again why you wouldn't buy iPhone.
