I only had one major issue with the phone and it was my own problem.

Hi there, I love this phone. I didn't have any problems with my mp3 player. I just used a USB cable to download music off my computer. The one thing I don't like about it is, every time I get a call waiting it automatically picks up the call. I tried to change it through the tools, cut can't figure out how to. If anyone can help me that has had the same problem, I would appreciate it. Thanx :)

The phone is great, but I can't figure out how to get my downloaded music to play. I followed all of the directions as per the manual, but when I try to play anything, says "unsupported content". Can anybody help me?
